Scheduled publish

Beta Feature

This is a beta feature and is available on request. Contact us at support@broadcast.events to enable scheduled publishing for your account.

When scheduled published is enabled you now have access to a drop down in the "publish settings" section of the event you are editing.

Scheduling an event

To schedule an event to be automated published at a later date please select schedule from the drop down menu.

You will then see a date and time. This is when the event will be published - click on the date and you will be able to make changes manually. Click the calendar icon to open a date picker.

Once done, simply save your changes as normal and your event will be scheduled for publishing at the specified time.

Viewing scheduled events

Events that have a pending schedule will have a label on the event card in your events overview.

Canceling scheduled publishing

You can cancel scheduled publishing for an individual event at any time.

Simply go back to the publish settings section of the event. Click on the cancel option, and save your changes.

You will be prompted to confirm your choice before saving is completed.
