To manage the running order for an event, we have the concept of a schedule.
The schedule contains a list of items that have a start and end time and other features that help beta inform the audience about your event. This section appears in addition to the opening times in our standard listing.
Available fields
Each item in the schedule can contain the following:
Start Time

Artist name | The name of the item in the schedule. For example, this could be an artist or DJ name. | Yes |
Start time | Specify a start time for this part of the event. | Yes |
End time | The end time of this part of the event. This is not displayed on screen in standard events, but is used in Festival events. | Yes |
Description | Here is a chance to add some basic info about what happening. Eg a short biog about an artist. | No |
Image | You can also upload an image. There is no size limit on the file, but we do force the image to be 1:1 or square aspect ratio. At launch images are only in use in Festival guides. | No |
Published | A switch indicating whether the schedule item is published or not. The item will only appear in the schedule is this is set to be on. | No |
