Basics
We are still updating our documentation, but in the meantime here is a basic overview of the options available when adding an event.
Available fields

| Title | The name of your event. | Yes |
| Doors | When the venue opens for the general public. | Yes |
| Curfew | When the venue closes. | Yes |
| Type | What type of event is it. | Yes |
| Tags | Choose a some tags that help identify the nature of the event. Eg rock, pop or jazz. You can choose up to 3. | Yes |
| Minimum age | If there is a minium age restriction on this event, then add it here | No |
| Cover | Add the entry price, preferably with booking fees included. Leaving this field blank will hide it | No |
| Free entry | If you want to highlight that the event is free to get it, then activate this switch | No |
| Ticket link | You can link to any ticket provider here | No |
| More info | What to link to you orwn website, this is the place to do it. | No |
| Details | Add some descriptive text here. | No |
| Youtube | Words are great, but video is better. You can add one youtube link here to give people a quick idea of what they are getting | No |
| Published | Switch this to on to make the event visible, off to hide. | No |
| Sold out | Toggling this switch on will activate the soldout banner om Mobile and Web | No |
| Recommended | Used for featured widgets only. | No |
| Image | Add a good image to help promote you event. Required Format is 16:9 or a pixel sized of 1920px wide and 1080px high, but we do provide the ability to crop when iploading your image. There is no limit on file size, we process the file after you upload it. | Yes |
